2. Website and contact

Correction, 10 September 2026. The previous version mentioned Cloudflare Web Analytics. But a technical check showed it was still off for this website. We switched it on with this publication.

The site uses no tracking cookies or browser storage. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures total visit and performance data without personal profiles. We use no advertising pixels and do not measure message contents. This visit measurement does not count sent emails or new customers. We use your email only to answer your question and prepare a review.

3. Data for a review

Do not send client or claim data through the website or your first email. Before a review, we put all privacy and security arrangements in writing. These include who gets access, where we store data and when we delete it.

The trial uses one agreed group of past claim lines and one chosen check. DeclaratieKompas submits nothing and makes no legal or payment decision.

4. Sharing, retention and your rights

We do not sell your data. A service provider only gets access when needed and agreed in writing. We keep email no longer than necessary. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data via alex@genantis.com. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
